We provide JCAHO mandated, timely and accurate, acute care medical transcription services encompassing all forms of dictation including History and Physical Examinations, Consultations, Operative Reports, Discharge Summaries, Transfer Summaries, Emergency Room evaluations, specialized procedures, Progress Notes, letters, Pathology Reports, Radiology Reports, and STAT dictations.
